Resource Genesee provides a call-in hotline that will connect you with almost any human or social service in Genesee County.
Staffed by trained call specialists, this is the number to call when you need help with utilities, housing, health insurance, food and diapers to name a few examples.
We don't provide these services, but we help you find out who does and get you connected. We handle some 10,000 calls for help each year. If you call and get our voice mail system, it's either after hours or all of our call specialists are on the line helping someone. Your message will be returned.
